Cancellations & Refunds

By booking a boat tour, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

• Booking Deposit: To secure your reservation, a 25% deposit is required. The remaining balance is payable on the day of departure or in advance, according to your prefference. A 25% deposit is non-refundable!
• More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund of total payment (except for the deposit).
• Less than 48 hours before departure or no-show: No refund will be issued.
• Organizer Cancellation: We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour due to weather conditions, sea conditions, force majeure events, technical reasons, port authority restrictions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, guests receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Onboard Rules & Safety

• Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrival may result in missing the tour without the right to a refund.
• Safety: Life jackets are available for every passenger and are used following instructions from the captain and crew. The vessel operates at safe and regulated speeds in compliance with local maritime regulations.
• Conduct: Smoking is not permitted (except electronic cigarettes). Pets require prior approval from the captain. The organizer reserves the right to remove disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate passengers without a refund.
• What to Bring: Sun protection, non-slip footwear, towel, a change of clothes, water, and light snacks if not included in the tour.
• Health & Accessibility: Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult a healthcare professional. Due to the design and boarding requirements of our vessels, please note that our ships are unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.
• Minors: Children and minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is fully responsible for their supervision and safety during the tour.
• Operational Adjustments: The captain reserves the right to modify the route, itinerary, or timing for safety or operational reasons. Minor delays do not entitle guests to refunds.
• Responsibility: Participation is at the guest’s own risk. The organizer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by failure to follow crew instructions, unsafe behavior, or force majeure events.
